The setup
One table, one engraver, a tray of blanks, and a line of people leaving with something that has their name on it.
Step 1
Choose one or two items from our event menu — coasters, keychains, ornaments, or a custom item for your occasion.
Step 2
We bring our own table, equipment, and signage. We just need a 6ft table's worth of space and a standard power outlet.
Step 3
A name, initials, or a short message — guests tell us what they want and watch it get engraved in real time.
Step 4
No shipping, no waiting — every piece is finished and in hand before your event ends.

Before you ask
We need roughly a 6ft × 4ft footprint and one standard outlet within 15ft. We handle our own setup and breakdown.
Most pieces take 2–5 minutes to engrave. For events over 75 guests, we recommend booking a second station to keep the line moving.
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out, especially for weekend weddings during spring and fall.
